I really feel for you as well. Childbirth gave me some of those(external) and they took several years to go away. I would call your dr asap so you dont prolong your suffering. Maybe a, uh, what the heck is it called...the water with the hose you can buy at the store to help you go... Why cant I think of the name? Worst case scenario...this is gonna sound bad...oh Lord. How close is it to...coming out? You may want to put on a latex glove and poke around to see if you can help get it out...
