I have a hemorrhoid, help?
I have an external hemorrhoid, I am 16 years old and was wondering how to make it go away because its very painful and I have cross country every day.
How do I get rid of it??? I heard warm tub baths is best with some ointment cream or something?
Remedies have pretty much been said.
You can also try witch hazel which works wonders.Take some to school with you.
External Hemorrhoidss can be treated easily with a little care.
1. Avoid constipation. It is the most important cause and aggravater of hemorrhoids. Use a diet fibre to ease bowel movements.
2. Preparation H is an ointment available which soothes the hemorroidal pain and itch. Use it or any other locally available ointment in the pharmacy.
3. Warm tub baths are really helpful. So find some time for it daily.
