I have mild pain in my left testicle that extends into my inner thy. What could be causing it? Hemorrhoids?

Typical hemorroidal symptoms are anal itching and sometimes pain. External hemorrhoids protrude. Internal hemorrhoids do not. More severe cases of hemorrhoids bleed. Looks like you’re far from a hemorrhoid and definitely should have an exam.
definitely not hemmorhoids. straned groin muscle or a hernia.
Visit your doctor. You might have testicular varicocele - dilated or varicose vein that prevent normal cooling of the testicles and leads to reduced sperm count and fertility problems.
