I just heard 80% of Americans have hemorrhoids, do you think thats true?
I heard it on the radio just now. Sounds a little bit HIGH, although nobody will admit if they have them even if they do.

Not just in the US. Globally they are talking about 50% of population that at least once in the lifetime get hemorrhoids. In same areas this percentage is even higher, due to bad quality of drinking water and wrong nutrition.
