Maybe some suppositories will ease your poop out to keep from irritating the hemmorhoids. Soak in a bathtub of warm water with some epsom salt to alleviate the swelling. Hope this helps.

Miralax. Get your dump nice and soft and it won’t hurt so much. Hemorrhoids come out when you’ve been pushing too hard. With Miralax you push as you wish. No side effects. Great stuff.

lol- im not laughing at you im laughing at the goofy comment about miralax; don’t take miralax unless your having complications taking a dump. Being in the nursing profession the best advise i have for you is the get hemorrhoid ointment. Every one has hemorrhoids but certain things can cause them to flare up; one mainly being pushing to hard or trying to dump when u really don’t have to. Before using stool softeners try like walking around abit before you push too hard and your body should work its own magic. However if you think you need to use stool softeners try to be careful if you take to much your gona regret it especially with hemorrhoids– that definitely would flare them up and then youd being going more frequently so as you see thats no good at all; its a visious cycle. also if you use stool softeners too much your body will become dependent on them and won’t function properly on its own. So, all in all just use some ointment, don’t try to hard, and let nature run its course. ;)
    hope that helps

suppositories work for the short term and will help so that you don’t actually start bleeding. But the best thing to do…get regular…yogurt and oatmeal everyday… get in some exercise to get your bowels to move. cook with lots of ginger and garlic…will be a great help in regulating your digestive system!!

Buy Rue Care Oil – it shrinks the hemorrhoids, stop bleeding (if any) and strengthens the veins. Figure out what is causing your hemorrhoid and treat it as well.
