I think I have a rather SMALL Hemorrhoid that bleeds and feels like tearing when I go to the bathroom.?
What should I do? It feels like a Knife cutting me! I do NOT want to go to the doctor at all for this. Help Me Please 
Do they go away or are they they forever? I don’t know a lot about these things.

First things first they very seldom go away on their own there is a reason why you got them in the first place,that’s the bad news over.
First thing is you need to start taking a SITZ bath the right way and not the wrong way,these will ease your pain not get rid of the hemorrhoids.Below in source you will find all you need to know about sitz baths.
Generally hemorrhoids can be hindered when you drink enough water throughout the day that being around 6-8 large glasses and its vital you get off fast foods.Change to high fiber diet that is explained also at the address in sources below.
If you have a job that requires you to sit a lot make sure you get up and take a stroll around 2 hours and ideally you should be going for a 30-45 minute walk every day at a good pace even if its only to go and get your shopping.

yes, i totally agree of not going to the doctor either
and thanks to my stubborn head, i ran across this helpful blog which allowed me to cure just by following its instruction
