If you had a colonoscopy, would the doctor definitely notice if you had hemorrhoids, or genital warts?

Would he be bound as a doctor to mention it & discuss it with you?…or can he ignore it since these aren’t the symptoms he is looking for?, not his area of expertise…associated with a colonoscopy & colon cancer?

A Colonoscopy is a procedure used to see inside the colon and rectum. These means that a Colonoscopy can detect inflamed tissues and abnormal growth, which are all signs of hemorrhoids.
