You should increase the fibre in your diet and get rid of your constipation. Also drink more glasses of water. Lastly to regularize and shrink your piles you should consume two dried figs soaked in little water in the evening and next day morning eat it on an empty stomach. Half an hour later you can have your regular breakfast. Again soak two dried figs in the morning and eat them in the evening. The figs will have swollen up and lost its full sweetness due to soaking in water. Continue eating two soaked dried figs in the morning and evening for about 3 months time and you will definitely see less problem with your swollen piles. To completely shrink the piles you must wash the area after defecation with a solution of Alum stone water which is nothing but alum stone kept in a glass of water. After you have used it again fill it with fresh water so that you get continuous stream of alum stone to wash your piles. Good luck and God bless.
