No. You can get a hemorrhoid at any age.
Hemorrhoids are simply swelling of the vessels in the anus, and can happen to anyone predisposed to them.

Hemorrhoids are caused by any increased pressure in the veins in the lower rectum.
Most adults by age 50 have dealt with this condition.
It is not uncommon for it to happen in younger people . Even teens.
