I would recommend you get your artist to tattoo little eyes and a head on it….maybe some segmented body parts and make it look like a worm crawling out of your @ss…….THAT would be cool….. Then you could get it pierced with a small ring…..Hook a chain on it and take your worm out for a walk every day…..

No, a hemorrhoid is a prolapsed blood vessel, do doing anything to it like piercing or tattooing could cause major problems.
