If anything, it’s beneficial. Make your own cheesewire thong for less money. Bend the wire into a simple "thong-like" shape and slip it on. Get some hair bands, and plait your hemorrhoids. Use a bit of hair product to keep them in place.
Then wear the tightest thong you can find.
