If you have a hemorrhoid, it didn’t just appear overnight, it has been there for a while. You may have never noticed it because it had never flared up, but I’m guessing you’ve had a flare-up at some point which is how you know that you have hemorrhoids.
Assuming you are asking this question as the receiver of anal intercourse, and you have received anal sex sometime in the past year, than you’ve already done it before. The answer is yes, you can receive anal sex with hemorrhoids and it would still be enjoyable – however, if they are bothering you/flared-up before you have sex, you may want to wait a day or two until they are feeling better, as the sex may cause you more pain than pleasure, and that pain may linger after for several days.
