from now on, after each bowel movement cleanse your anal area well. use a mild soap and/or witch hazel. you may want to increase you fiber in your diet as well, to avoid further episodes. avoid lifting heavy objects.

hemorroidectomy is what you doctor may suggest. patient c/o of this surgery is very painful.

When you go to the doctor, you may even be able to have it treated in the office. Usually the area is numbed and the blood vessel is tied off and/or burned with a hyfrecator to prevent bleeding. The thrombosed portion can then be removed very easily. You be on antibiotics (oral and probably topical) afterward.

Firstly you need to understand that hemorrhoids are very common – about 1 in 20 people have them so try not to feel embarrassed.
If you’re after a home based hemorrhoid cure then you have a few options.
Firstly you could try creams – you can get these from most drugstores/chemists. Creams and gels often work well to reduce swelling and pain relief but they usually only focus on the symptoms which means that while your hemorrhoids may disappear, it may only be for a temporary time.
The second type of home hemorrhoid cure you could try is a product called Venapro (see link below for more information) or a guide to home hemorrhoid cures such as H Miracle. Both of these products work well for most types of hemorrhoids, thrombosed hemorrhoids included. They both provide permanent cures as they focus on strengthening the weakness or deficiency that led to hemorrhoids in the first place.

Given that your hemorrhoids don’t hurt, I would personally try the home hemorrhoid cures first before consulting a doctor who will most likely offer you a cream or surgery.
