My… has a problem they think there butthole is bleeding and riping open? does that mean they have a hemorriod?

It sounds as though it could either be an external hemorrhoid that has ruptured and is bleeding, an anal fissure, or an anal fistula. A fissure is a plain tear, a fistula is a passage that leads from the surface to somewhere else in the body. It may also be where anal warts got ripped off by rough wiping or what have you.
The person in question really needs to go see a doctor about it. Infection is rampant in that area of the body and healing can be really slow because the arterial blood supply isn’t the greatest. Best of luck with it!
