PLEASE: DR’s/NURSES ONLY

When I have a bowel movement, it comes out in pieces, like it will come out to a point, then just break off. And when it is coming out of my anus, there are these little bumps around my anus. But they are only there when i have a bowel movement. They don’t bleed or itch or any of the usual symptoms ppl have.

So what could this be?
