Is using hemorrhoid cream for dark circles safe?

I’ve heard for a long while that using the cream is really effective for dark circles.
I’m not sure if it’s entirely safe though.
Have any of you guys tried it? What are your suggestions/comments?

    I think I heard that they took out the ingredient in Preparation H that made it work…and I think it was used for eye bags, not circles.

    Should help a little but I highly recommend IQ Derma Eye Cream I have seen studies on this product & the unwanted circles are gone within weeks! Hope this helps.
