I've been bloated yes I have hemorrhoids but this morning I had red blood in my stool 44 years old?
The blood in my stool I could see was a little dark but still red I think maybe Ulster.? Don’t really get anywhere with my doctor tried walking clinics but. This was the first time I noticed blood I took some activated charcoal last night it got rid of the bloating feeling. Change the color of my stool so I could actually see the blood.

There are many causes for Bright Red blood in stool it is called bleeding per rectum its source begin below the small intestine
Dark Blood (Black tarry stool) called Melena and comes from above e.g stomach and esophagus
1. Cause number one of bright blood is hemorrhoids when it becomes irritated or infected
2. Anal fissure there is considerable pain on defecation
3. Dysentery
4. Rectal polyp common in children
5. Multiple polyps in adults (familial polyposis)
6. Chronic diseases of the intestine such as ulcerative colitis or chron’s diseases
7. RARE causes such as cancer colon
