ive been using prep H but i have a big hemorrhoid and i dont know what to do ive had it for about 4 days?
i know its nasty and gross, but i’m worried ive never had one before..and this one is big. It covers my whole hole. And i dont want to go to the doctor. is it normal for them to be this big? and to last for 4 days even though ive been using prep h?

As a healthcare provider I can tell you that it would be best for you to seek medical care. Hemorrhoids can be thrombosed…which means a clot forms inside them and it is very painful. All the Preparation H in the world will not make it go away. The clot would need to be removed. It is a simple in-office procedure. Once it’s done the pain is immediately relieved.
That’s a real bummer!
