yeah, i had a fecal impaction issue when i was 4 and now the doctor does rectal exams every physical i have, when the doctor touches your prostate you will get erect, it happens to me too. Lucky for you you have a female doctor

There is a nerve that stimulates the body (G Spot) which is located within the anus I am lead to believe so that may have been why!
No need to worry!
The doctors have seen it all so there is nothing to worry about!

i’m sure her finger wasn’t in there for that long, plus shes a doctor (has seen a lot worse) so don’t sweat it
