My friend's hemorrhoids bleed when I exercising?
This is a big problem. My friend told me his hemorrhoids bleed when he works out. This especially happens if he walks long distances or runs. What can he do about this?

O.K. before we go on our happy doctor trip, lets use some common sense.
First try an over the counter medication such as preparation H
Change the diet, most hemorrhoids are caused by constipation due to lack of fiber in the diet
don’t exercise for a while, this is pushing blood into them, give them a rest
If this doesn’t help go to your g.p. who can likely treat the problem or refer you to the doctor who can.

See a urologist and get it corrected.

Your "friend" should see his doctor.
I put quotes around friend because I know it’s you.
edit: lol, a hemorroid is in the arse, if you went to a urologist you would be sent away.
