My wife has a hemorrhoid that keeps bleeding, is this normal?
I suggested she take a warm bath with some salt. This has been going on for days now! I think her hem burst and it’s irritated. Good advice or help would be appreciated. If it persists she should see a doctor? Also told her she needs more fiber and water in her diet. She is 53.

Your advice has been good. She needs to eat green vegetables, drink water and a teaspoon of mineral oil. Hemorrhoids are most often caused by straining due to constipation. She might also benefit from drinking aloe juice to help bind the wound.
