Nasty Hemorrhoid help needed.. keep popping back out?
To begin. Thank you for clicking on this.
I have had a horrible hemorrhoid last day… however i did push it back in and the pressure seems to be relieved sooo much. However, it keeps popping out..
Any suggestions? Advice.

By the sound of it mine weren’t as bad as yours.
A warning first of all surgery should be the very last thing you consider for dealing with hemorrhoids, for two reasons.ALL operations are a risk,secondly even after having surgery the hemorrhoids can and will come back if you have not removed the reason why they came in the first place.
You didn’t mention if you were in pain with them but if you are I recommend the following two pain relieving methods.
1) Ice pack apply for 15-20 minutes on external hemorrhoids.WARNING! Keep the ice wrapped in a cloth or place a cloth in between ice and your skin to reduce the possibility of any damage to your skin
2) Start taking SITZ baths the correct way they relieve the pain but do not get rid of hemorrhoids,go to the address in the sources area to read up on SITZ baths.
Okay now you need to start with a high fiber diet (why you can read in the source area) Next the dreaded word exercise yes you need to do some even if its going for a brisk walk 30-45 minutes per day
You should be drinking between 2.6-3.7 pints of water per day and in warmer climes a little more,make sure you spread this out throughout the day and not all at once.

go to a surgeon that specializes in hemorrhoid treatment. there are many things available to help this condition.

don’t even feel so if it leads you to recovery (that’s what important here right now)
i also suffer from hemorrhoid though not a really bad one but still it annoys so much
you’ll find out what cause hemorrhoid and how to cure
i think it’s mostly because of our lifestyle

this a 3rd degree hemorrhoids, when it becomes 4th degree it will not return back
