Need hemorrhoid help!?
OK this is really embarrassing but for the last two days my hemorrhoids have been killing me I can’t shit and believe me iv been trying. It’s just to painful iv try taking a warm bath and hemorrhoid cream nothing is helping is their anything I can try for immediate relief.

You should go to your doctor and have them lanced if they are that painful!

Drink plenty of water.
Try a generic form of Colace, a stool softener.
Put ice pack or compress on your anus to reduce swelling & pain
