perineal hemorrhoid?
My wife has a very irritated perineal hemorrhoid. Is there a non surgical way to alieviate this very painful occurance?

Ice can ease the swelling. Try chilled witch hazel pads, a surgical glove filled with crushed ice, or a maxi-pad with a cold pack.
Heat can also soothe some of the discomfort. A warm sitz bath for 20 minutes, three times a day, or warm compresses are a good place to start. Heat lamp exposure is another one to try, but do this only after getting a physician’s advice.

Believe her when she says its hurts, because it hurts. Best not to go to a Gastrologists Doctor because he will do a colon first then he will do another surgery just to pop that hemorrhoid or never get to it. Your family doctor might pop it for her in his office. 1,2,3 and your out. Bestway. I was too afraid of dr seeing my but so I suffered. But, let me tell you she is going to live with it the rest of her life. The real thing to do is keep eating foods like fruits, vegetables, drink lots of water and juices. To get rid of that nasty thing now is to sit on a wet warm cloth.Or to put a heating pad on low. Not Hot! Otherwise, You will have addition problems and you will being seeing your Doctor for another problem. LOL! So give a good CHECK smile to the warm cloth. After a few days that baby should pop. Do not be scared. Depending on how big the hemorrhoid is you should only have blood at that time and maybe the next time you visit the John. Unless you have more than one of those baby’s.
