Physical exam for a 27 year old male and other possible problem?
I’m going to the doctor for a complete physical in two weeks and recently have discovered what I think is a external hemorrhoid that often gets irritated, so the timing of my physical is great in requards to getting it checked out. My question is how does the doctor diagnose and determine if it is a hemorrhid? Any experiances would be helpful.

if a lump is hanging out ur anus get your bf to push it back in with his giant wang chung!!! if he busts a nut on it then it will be like using an anteceptic.

He will perform a proctoscopy with a proctoscope. It is painless and is inserted into the rectum. The hemorrhoid may appear to be external but it is likely to be just inside your rectum. I had this done a few years ago as I had a problem.
In nursing I have seen this done many times without any problems.

First the doctor will inspect the anus. He will probably ask you to perform the Valsalva maneuver by straining or bearing down ( like taking a dump). He will then inspect for bulges or lesions. Th symptoms you make fell with a hemorrhoid is pain swelling around the anus, icthing and bleeding with bowel movements. Im a nursing student so Ive seen them. A family member had them.
