Question about hemorrhoids and anal sex?
Is it true that anal sex can actually help to prevent hemorrhoids, because the muscle movement helps to keep the blood flowing? After all, hemorrhoids are swollen blood vessels. I’ve heard this from a few people, but never researched it online.
I know that anal sex can aggravate already existing hemorrhoids, but can it really help to prevent them? In the same way I guess that vaginal intercourse can help women with cramps. Keeps the blood flowing.
