Seeing doctor about hemorrhoids in 45 minutes HELP?
What do I say? What do I do? They hurt really bad and I am scared to tell them so I told the lady on the phone I had pain somewhere else…. When I go in do I tell the nurse or just wait to see the doctor? I am scared to deathl they hurt, burn, ache, bleed and swell and I am in pain but embarrassed.

Hi Zack,
Hemorrhoids is a very common problem, don’t be embarrassed. The doctor must have seen hundreds of cases, yours is just one more.
However, you must tell him about your pain and anxiety so that he can deal with it.
Modern treatment is very effective and you can be rid of them, don’t wait till they become worse or progress into something terrible.

You poor chooky! Hey don’t be embarrassed. Doctors are quite used to these matters, start by telling the doctor how embarrassed you are, I’m sure he will make you feel more comfortable about your examination.
Good luck. If they give you a cure please let me know what it is as I have suffered from them for years.

Do tell, because the Nurses will still ask you. Just tell in a discrete matter and tell the nurse that you want your privacy. Don’t be embarrassed because it is not only you who has that. Many also have that problem. since it is bothering you and your in pain, then you should get it checked because infection might set in and you will have bigger problems.
