Painful bowel movement and blood in the stool is one of the hemorrhoids symptoms, more precisely these are symptoms of prolapsed internal hemorrhoids. You should also feel small, grape-like masses on the outside of the “a…s”.
However, blood can appear in or on the stool also by some other diseases like Irritable bowel syndrome (IBS) and colorectal cancer.
Each of these diseases and conditions has also other symptoms that you’re not mentioning.
You should visit your doctor for a careful examination.
Ummm, yes if it is happening quite a bit. You could have those or colon cancer or maybe an ulcer? You might just need more water in your diet, but you should go just incase. It is a symptom that somethingk is not quite right. What do you think, should you go to the doctor?
