Should i poop if i have a hemorrhoid?
Ive had this problem before and it usually goes away by itself,
im scared to go poop because i dont wanna have major bleeding, and evevn when i go pee it starts to bleed. Should i still go poop just like i normally would?
*i refuse to go see a doctor about this.

When you go pee, your anus bleeds or when you go pee your pee has blood in it? Let’s assume the former because if it’s the latter, you absolutely need to see a doctor because those two systems are not connected.
You have to poop… period… If you don’t poop because your afraid of bleeding you will have bigger problems. For starters, check the color of the blood. If it’s not a dark red (almost brown) then you are probably suffering from a hemorrhoid on your anus or just inside. It’s not a big problem to poop if that is the case. To start with, I’d recommend a stool softener to make having a bowel movement easier until you get the problem under control.
Next, I’d suggest some dietary changes… Eat more fresh fruit and fresh vegetables… Raw veggies are preferred but steamed is a suitable alternative… Do not boil them as the nutrients will be lost. Also, start consuming about 64 oz of water a day. In a couple of days with that regiment, you should see a noticeable difference.
