what are some easy ways to treat hemorrhoids?
im pretty sure i have it but not entirely is there any type of medicine or pills that could rid of this?

It’s really simple. Cotton swabs and witch hazel. That’s the ingredients in the trademark brand TUCKS. You can locate over the counter witch hazel extract at any pharmacy and cotton swabs as well. It saves a lot of money versus the trademark brand name.

The best way is to deal with the real cause. All the over-the-counter treatments are mostly band-aids.
1. Do not strain when you do #2. Straining will aggravate the problem.
2. More fiber in the diet
3. Make sure you are drinking enough fluid so you are not dehydrated
You want nice, fluffy, soft stool, not hard ones. You could try a mild stool softener too.

Witch hazel works really well. There are also a few other things you can use that will help you treat hemorrhoids.
