Gonna sound a lil gross, but here’s what helped me..

use some KY or vasaline.. lay on your side, and gently push the hemmorrhoid back in.. it wont "cure" it, but it will take some of the pressure off.

Its much easier to do if you are laying down instead of sitting on the toilet.

I had hemorrhoids in my second pregnancy, and I did a few things that made them go away completely. The only way to heal a hemorrhoid is to make your stool softer. Yogurt did the trick. I would mash some banana and strawberries in a bowl, and mix in some plain yogurt (yogurt without sugar added is much better for you and baby). It really is a yummy treat, and I just loved it! I would have one or two bowls a day. Very healthy too, and prevents vaginal yeast infections. Ok, also I did some running three or four times a week. If not running, I would walk on a tredmill or on the stairmaster, or on the eliptical machine in the gym. I worked out up until the very end. That certainly kept ‘things’ going, and going soft. Once I started doing these two things, I never had another hard stool until several days after the labor and delivery. I hope this helps, take care.

Use a medicated pas like Tucks to help with the discomfort and up your water and fiber intake to try to keep them from happening again.

Just when you have to take a shit again dont push so hard. Put some ice down there. Thats what I did when I was pregnant. Try not to think about it. It will go away soon, just dont force yourself to shit.
