   Hey devo ,
   Western medicine for the most part does not talk about the cause, prevention or curing hemorrhoids but rather treatment which in severe cases ends up being surgery. Go figure! Hemorrhoid surgery can be surgical removal, or cutting them out with a scalpel, or searing them out in a procedure called Hemorrhoid Laser Surgery. Surgical removal of hemorrhoids can be costly, painful, and result in complications for the rest of the patients life.

   There is also something called rubber band ligation which involves strangling the sucker with a rubber band. That sounds comfy, doesn’t it? There is also infrared coagulation or IRC of hemorrhoids, which microwaves it to try break it up. I am sure its very reasonably priced. Not! Unfortunately, neither topical ointments, nor surgery or the others deals with the real problem, but rather only the hemorrhoid symptoms.

   Have had them for years. I have found one should use the wipes that helps clean you and or one can go have surgery not a fun thing and they can come back. Go with the wipes and change your diet some. More fiber not sitting on cold hard surfaces, do not strain when having a bowel movement, educe stress, warm spokes.

   I found relief with herbs in combination; All natural remedy.

   Cayenne for blood flow – you must stimulate blood flow, this also causes veins to be elastic and less prone to bulge.

   Ginger, also for blood flow and as an anti inflammatory

   Aloe and pre and probiotics helped keep the stool soft and also eased evacuation.

   You will also want to start eating more fiber and drinking more water. You may want to try a stool softener as well to help with the pain.

   Have you used astringents? Astringents cause coagulation (clumping) of proteins in the cells of the perianal skin or the lining of the anal canal. This will help dry up the skin which in turn helps relieve burning, itching, and pain. You can try Calamine (5% to 25%) or Zinc oxide (5% to 25%).

    Sometimes if the symptoms are mild, just using witch hazel and aloe can subside the pain. There are other natural hemorrhoids relief products that can help as well. They are generally safer and have no side effects. Hope that helps!
