What do I have to do to get rid of my hemorrhoid problem?
I’ve had it for about two years and it’s really making me tired. I can’t sit well most times, and it’s specially bad because I’m gay and I think I can’t have sex, ever. I’m looking for some guidance, I guess. Also, I’m not from the US, so stuff like Prep H or w/e are not for sale here. I’ve been to doctors a bunch of times but they just tell me to eat right (which I think I do) and to do sit baths. It doesn’t work all the way.
Any help you can provide is greatly appreciated.

Have the doctor tie rubber bands around them. What it does is- cuts the blood supply to the hemorroid and it eventually falls off.
Eat lots and lots of fiber!!

Well, I think if medications, warm baths, and ice packs don’t relieve the problem, then surgery may be necessary,if your hemorrhoids have caused you problems for a long time. Good Luck ,I know what your going thur I develop them when I was pregnant, now that is painful, but med’s and warm baths helped me out.I never had to have surgery,You n\might have to get another doctor these ones seem they don’t want to help you cause your gay and that shouldn’t matter.Your still human, and you have a medical problem that’s all that should matter.

The best way is to sit in a hot bath tub with the water as hot as you can stand it. Add a cup of mineral salt to the water and soak for a 1/2 hour each day. When you dry off apply witch hazel to the area and pat dry. You must keep the rectum clean, so wash with warm water and follow that with witch hazel after each bowel movement.
Oh, if you haven’t you should increase your intake of fruits and fiber to make your bowel movements softer. Do not strain too much when going. Also, to relieve the pressure on the area when you do go to the bathroom keep the area lubricated with petroleum gel. You have to be very strict with keeping your routine, but it should eventually clear up your problem. Good luck.
