what happens to untreated hemorrhoids?
does the blood come out if it splits?

If left untreated (if outside the body) they will itch and have a light burning sensation. If they are internal you might not even know you have them. Either way they will go away eventually but you will be more susceptible to them in the future.
As with any breakage in the skin if you split it, it will bleed. A hemmeroid is not a blood pimple.
