What happens when a gay guy gets hemorrhoids? ?

Is that considered a sexual or a gastrointestinal problem?

Can persistent hemorrhoids ruin your sex life? That sucks!

I would get it removed as quick as possible, even if I am not having sex.
It’s still a gastrointestinal problem, as they cannot be spread via sex. If your getting bumps after sex, you should still check with a Dr

I’d imagine that unless your a sadist or a top, persistent hemorrhoids would pretty much be the end of your sex life. Unless you stick to oral sex… then you’d be ok, however they are painful and still suck.

Edit to counter the post above:
Hemorrhoids effect some people worse then others. Some have them all the time, but 99% of the world gets them only now and then.
I have never heard of any one getting one after anal sex

It’s not a "forever" thing so–no. ANYONE can get them.

People consider it a MEDICAL problem. Grow Up…

If your partner is “rough”, that could be irritating, but otherwise, no hemorrhoids won’t get worse from anal sex… And yes, you can either heal naturally (if they aren’t in an advanced state) or have them removed…
