What is a good hemorrhoid cream which you can buy in Australia?

Can anyone recommend a good hemorrhoid cream that worked for them, or someone you know?

I’m looking for something which will reduce the swelling, and eventually get rid of a hemorrhoid.

Is there another name for Preparation h? I can’t seem to find it in the chemists.

Ask your local pharmacy. They are there to help and wont laugh. They will ask certain questions that a spotty 13yr old on answers cant.
