Drink a cup of milk boiled with a mashed banana thrice daily.
Grate up some white radish and eat it with a little honey.

Make sure you get a proper amount of fiber in your diet, so you don’t have to force a bowel movement. Also, don’t read on the toilet, not paying attention to you contractions down there can cause you to over push, inflaming your hemorrhoids.
