hemorrhoidectomy or removal of the hemorrhoids by surgery. then maintain a high fiber diet, increase your fluid intake, and dont strain upon defecation.

Squeeze them with all your might, then splash a little rubbing alcohol on ‘em.

So far as I know that there is no cure for it. What you can do is increase your fibre intake, drink more water, avoid sitting on hot seat and perhaps you may try taking health suppplement.
