Actually, food has alot to do with them. Processed foods and foods high in sugar, basically anything that can cause you to become constipated can cause hemorrhoids. The problem with alot of the medicines out there is that they treat the symptoms but don’t help the underlying cause of the problem. You should look at some natural ways to cure them. I just finished writing an article on the subject.

Preparation H is good.
Foods don’t have anything to do with them

Your diet and lifestyle have a huge effect on your susceptibility to hemorrhoids and Prep H is not a cure, it only provides temporary relief. The best way to get rid of your hemorrhoids is by using an all natural hemorrhoid treatment, you can get more information at, http://curebleedinghemorrhoids.com. I suffered for a long time and using this cure I was able to avoid surgery. The great thing is that it attacks the root of the problem, doesn’t just treat the symptoms.

Spicy foods, high salt, fat and sugar foods can all contribute. Too much alcohol and not enough water can lead to hemorrhoids as well. Basically – you need to take in 8 glasses of water a day, eat 25-35 grams of fiber. You want to promote easy stools but not diarrhea, and avoid constipation. These are really important factors.Making these changes had DRAMATICALLY effected my life. Hope this helps!
