What is the best relief from having itchy, swollen hemorrhoids?
my boyfriend has them bad at the moment and he is in a lot of pain and i don’t know how to help. any well known relief measures? thanks

nice soak in the tub in with warm water
get some witch hazel , soak cotton balls or even a cloth, lay on tummy and put this compress down there and lay a while
or use Tucks
Prep. H is helpful
use aloe diaper wipes to ‘clean up ‘down there after using bathroom
if need be use stool softeners so there isn’t so much straining….eating prunes helps to
if they bleed , definitely go to dr.

Rue Care Oil – it helped me when other over the counter treatments and also Prep H failed.

Have him sit in a tub of water as hot as he can stand it, it will help shrink the hemorrhoids some. But, it will take a day or more for them to shrink completely for him to sit comfortably – get him a donut pillow and use the Prep-H cream or pads during that time.

Soak in a warm bath and preparation h after. Eat some prunes and drink plenty of water!!! Good luck!
