One of the top ways to ease hemorrhoids is a change in diet. An increase of water to at least six to eight glasses each day is an easy way to take the pressures off the blood vessels in the rectum area. You can also add more fiber to your diet, or calculate how much you already have. This is known to cause movements in the bowel and digestive area to move easier and prevent blood vessels from becoming irritated.
You can also try some cream or ointement like chamomile to ease and relieve the swelling.
Hope this helps..

The best cure, if you want a permanent fix, is to go to the hospital and be evaluated for a surgery, where they cut them out! But for temporary relief of inflammation, in the shower, clean the affected area with soap and water. Well! Then take an ice cube, place it between your butt cheeks and sit on it for as long as you can. Then, with your finger, gently massage the vein back towards the anus. Apply hemorrhoid cream. If you have a bowel movement, use a patting motion rather than whipping to avoid further irritation.

Two kinds…internal which are basically varicose veins in the rectum, can prolapse (hang out), bleed and cause problems. If they persist, there’s not much you can do. Avoid constipation, keep your bowel lubricated with high fiber diet and mineral oil. Do NOT take laxatives. Anticipate eventual need for surgery. The external kind are varicose veins in the anus, usually with blood clots and painful. The same treatment, plus suppositories, applies though surgery is not usually needed.

The only cure is surgery to remove the inflamed veins of the anus. There are creams and ointments for temporary relief but they will not cure them nor remove them.

Go to the health food store and get some White Oak Bark and Goldenseal.. Take 3 capsules of white oak 3 times daily and 2 capsules 3 times daily of the goldenseal until symptoms subside. then take 3 capsules twice a day, then 2 twice a day. a maintenance dose is 2 capsules daily. In severe cases also use some of the white oak as suppositories. Drink plenty of water. Drinking aloe vera juice along with this speeds up healing time. Meanwhile make a mixture of 1/2 baby lotion and 1/2 witch hazel. Use a little of this on your toilet tissue to clean up after BMs.

Hemorrhoids are caused by too much pressure on the veins in the rectum.
Hemorrhoids can develop due to a genetic predisposition, constipation is the most common cause of hemorrhoids, and other causes are pregnancy, significant overweight, overeating, heavy lifting, acid/alkaline imbalance, fatigue liver, Vitamin B-6 deficiency. Sitting or standing in one position for long periods of time and lack of exercise can contribute to the development of hemorrhoids.
About half of the population has developed hemorrhoids by the age of 50.
Hemorrhoids can be internal or external.
Symptoms are: bright red blood covering the stool, on the toilet paper or in the toilet bowel, anal itching, painful swelling or hard lump around anus, swollen veins may appear near the anal opening.
Treatment options are: various creams, pills, medical injection, super freezing, tight rubber band placed around the base of each hemorrhoid, surgery or laser treatment.
Hemorrhoids also like to return. Unless you treat the cause of your hemorrhoids, no matter what kind of treatment you’ll do, sooner or later they’ll show up again.
So, if you have constipation – treat this one and keep your stool soft with high fiber diet. One of the best things for treatment of constipation is cooked dry plums. Drink the juice or even better, crash cooked dry plums with the juice in your mixer and drink it.
If you’re overweight – lose weight, if you’re pregnant – well, you won’t be forever
.
And for treatment itself, try Rue Care Oil, it brings immediate relief and not only shrink the hemorrhoids but also strenghten the veins and so prevent hemorrhoids from returning.
