Conservative-
High fiber diet with no chili or spices, plenty of water – both to avoid constipation, local applications like Preparation H
Surgical -
Injection, Band ligation or Hemorrhoidectomy.
(When hemorrhoids are big, bleed and cause too much trouble.)
I wouldn’t say "the best" since the success of each treatment depends on the metabolism of the sufferers, and people are responding differently. I tried many different treatments, some delivered only short relief of an hour or two, and some others for a few weeks. I finally got rid of hemorrhoids with Rue Care Oil.
