what is the strongest over the counter medication used for anal pain from hemorrhoids/hard lump inside?
Just below the anus there’s a hard inner lump close to the opening area and it is painful. What can be used for this to eliviate the pain?

Did you try H Miracle? It’s a natural method to cure hemorrhoids. I heard good things about it. Might be worth a try.
