what kind of cream or remedies are good for hemorrhoids?
i had it 10 years ago and my dr had me use tucks pads with cream and literally push it back in.
this time it’s not working and i am bleeding constantly throughout the day
any suggestions?

Time to see a Proctologist. Had the same problem, see the Doc and get it taken care of. Good luck.

Sitz baths in very warm water. You can do this in a tub or you can buy a bowl that fits onto your commode at any good drug store.
Preparation H effectiveness varies from person to person. Works for me but not for friends.
Vaseline Intensive Care (white container) applied after a BM.
High fiber diet, stool softeners, gentle laxative. The laxative should be temporary use, not constant.
A relatively recent technique using infra red light to shrink hemorrhoids is used in certain situations. Why don’t you bite the bullet and see a proctologist? or your personal physician, at least? Have you been scoped recently? Rectal bleeding may not be just from hemorrhoids.
