A proctologist, or gastroenterologist. You could also see your regular doctor first if they aren’t too bad, but if you are having serious pain, bleeding, etc. go to the specialist.

General practioners shouldbe able to help, but if it is something that is out of their leauge or something you think you need to see a specialist about you can look for a proctologist. Your own GP may be able to refer you to one.

while it might be the truth- he didn’t sound very sympathetic to your plight.
In the meantime, you can try soaking in warm baths, and there’s always the preperation H – the stuff does work … you can try the cream but if that doesnt do the trick try the pads.

First of all how is your diet? Do you get enough fiber 30% is what is recommended. You can try 100% Bran cereal, or Oatmeal for your breakfast. Add 5 servings of fruit and 5 servings of vegies if you do not already use these add them that means five 1/2 cup servings of each daily should do it Avoid all white flour products. that should solve your problem without any needed surgery. Indeed, it is correct that after surgery the hemorrhoids will return if you do not change your diet to the above. Ask your Gynecologist if he agrees with this diet, above?
