They are an OTC medication that uses witch hazel to soothe them with. They should help immensely. If spicy foods makes it worse then stay away from them or drink plenty ( 8-10) glasses of water the day when you eat any spicy food. This will help your stomachs acidic level flush the spicy effect. If not then you might have to give them up. It's your decision depending on how the water works. If they get any worse or you notice any blood when you go or wipe then see your doctor asap. I think the spicy food is aggravating your hemorrhoid and you should avoid spicy foods from now on. As for dripping, im not quite sure what you mean about that. Blood? If you're dripping something, you're right, you cannot continue suffering like that and you need to go to your doctor and get some testing done and some medication in you. The doctor gave me suppositories for mine when they flare up. Perhaps your doctor will do that for you or suggest alternatives. Go to the doctor and good luck!
