I’ve been getting them in my last trimester this time because im carrying my baby so low that when I go to the bathroom I feel the need to push more (sorry if tmi)
You don’t HAVE to get hemorrhoids with pregnancy. If you do though, generally speaking, its not until later in the pregnancy. Its not unheard of to get them earlier than that though. Especially if you’ve had hemorrhoid problems before pregnancy or if you are having constipation problems.
You can get them anytime from changes in hormones, the extra baby weight, etc. Usually you don’t get them until closer to the end though when there is all the added pressure. Aaaaand, of course during delivery.

uhh… your ‘anus’? where else would you get them?
you only get them sometimes. most of the time its while pushing out the baby.

I got them from pushing with my first baby. But with the 2nd they were there again by the 2nd trimester. 14 months later they are still around
