When one has hemorrhoids, which is worst to sit on?

Something hard or something soft?
It’s not good to sit for a long time but when it’s important what does one sit on?

Try to make short breaks to stretch the legs, and make some exercise to facilitate the blood flow. Treat your hemorrhoids with Rue Care Oil – it shrinks the hemorrhoids and strengthens the veins.

Hemorrhoids develop because of extended periods of time you’re sitting, not on what you’re sitting.

Don’t let yourself get constipated to start with. Take a "roughage" like Metamucil to keep loose.
Wash every time you go until the swelling goes down and, use Preparation -H every time. At night use a Preparation H suppository. If it gets bad, soak in hot water , even in the daytime, about four times a day.
When they’re this bad, see your doctor. You can buy a "donut" cushion from a pharmacy.
