which hemorrhoid cream works best for bags under the eyes?

and circles?
im using an offbrand one now and im not really getting the results i expected, all i want is for the circles, and bags to go away theyve been there my whole life from allergies apparently. but id love some suggestions thanks

    I’ve heard Preparation H but I’m really not sure and can’t recommend using this product on your bags.

    well use hot tea bags. and place them on your eyes when they are closed. i hope that works..
