Why are people so disgusted by the toilet seat?
My mom was watching The Doctors and I watched a Mythbusters episode (This was like month’s ago mind you) and it was proven that the toilet seat is the cleanest everyday item
So, why the disgrace to the toilet seat? The only thing you could get from a toilet seat is hemorrhoid’s and that’s from sitting on it for too long.
PS. The episode of Mythbusters is called Hidden Nasties watch near the end of part 2 and the beginning of P3 (on Youtube) it’s remarkable how germaphobic and gullible people are about a toilet seat -.-’.

the reason i would think that people would think that a toilet seat is nasty becuase when people think of toilet pyschologicaly the first thing they think of is sh*t and a** and those havent been the two most cleanest things in the world. They say that toilet water is 15x cleaner then soda at a fast food resturrant but more ppl would rather drink tasty and bacterialized soda then clean and germ free toilet water see what im sayin? if it were a dog that had to choose they would pick the water because its healthier (besides the taste of pop). another thing people dont think its sanitary so, i mean what would you do when your friends came over drink out the toilet or drink soda? lol hope i helped =)

Seriously. But i guess people judge ^^ I know a few people who are discussed But not just the toilet seat but by the word "Bathroom"…………… I guess their toilet sees too much action every day

People associate it with poop.
Your ass is on it, and your asshole poops. so therefore the whole thing is covered with the bacteria and germs from poop.
That’s how society wants you to look at it. But without questioning it.
